Cancellation
We accept cancellation of orders before product production. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been completed, we cannot cancel the order.
Returns (if applicable)
- We accept returns of physical products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after receiving the product. To meet the return criteria, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete the return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
